How do I check my gift card balance?
You can check the balance of your gift card through the following methods:
- Visit a participating location
- Check your balance online, with your gift card number and PIN at clarkbrands.com/balance
- Call 1-800-987-4094, with your gift card and PIN number
Does Clark Brands replace lost or stolen gift cards?
We do not replace lost, stolen or cards used without authorization.
Can I use my On The Go gift card to purchase another On The Go gift card?
No. On The Go gift cards cannot be used to purchase another On The Go gift card.
Can I use my On The Go gift card to purchase prepaid open-loop and third-party gift cards?
No. On The Go gift cards cannot be used to purchase prepaid open-loop cards and third-party gift cards (including iTunes, Google Play, gaming or any other prepaid gift cards or codes).
Can I use my On The Go gift card to pay for my in-house accounts?
No. On The Go gift cards cannot be used to pay for any in-house fuel credit accounts.
