Paul J. Ebner has served on the Board of Managers of Clark Brands since October 2013. Mr. Ebner has been the President, CEO, and Director of Rosemore, Inc.—a Baltimore, MD-based private investment firm with interests in the oil and gas industry—since June 2010. Mr. Ebner has been employed by Rosemore, Inc. since January 2007, when he was hired as Executive Vice President and COO, principally responsible for the Company’s three operating subsidiaries: Tema Oil and Gas Company; Gateway Gathering and Marketing Company; and Crown Central, LLC.

Mr. Ebner has over 40 years of operations, administrative, and management experience in the oil and gas and petroleum refining and marketing industries. Prior to joining Rosemore, Inc. in 2007, Mr. Ebner was employed by Crown Central, LLC, the successor by merger to the publicly traded Crown Central Petroleum Corporation. Mr. Ebner held numerous executive positions over his last 15 years there, including serving as a Director (since March 2005), President (from September 2004 to December 2006), Senior Vice President – Marketing, Vice President – Shared Services, and Vice President – Marketing Support Services.

Mr. Ebner has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Loyola University Maryland, with a concentration in Accounting.
